I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very first moment, they made me feel at home with their warm, friendly and genuinely caring approach. I lost quite a lot of weight throughout the process, and rather than making an issue of it, they showed endless patience: they altered and adjusted the dress as many times as needed until it fitted my figure perfectly. Their advice, attention to every detail and support throughout such a special moment make all the difference. Without a doubt, I would choose them again and again. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! 100%!

A wonderful experience. Both sales assistants are lovely and incredibly attentive to every detail. They also had us in stitches, making the fittings much more fun and enjoyable. I would definitely choose them again, and this brand too. The dress turned out beautifully.

A very disappointing experience. Despite having booked an appointment several weeks in advance, the service was practically non-existent and well below the standard one would expect from an atelier of this kind. There was no real willingness to offer advice or suggest dresses to try on. The visit was limited to generic instructions to look around the space myself, and I was even asked to bring screenshots from the website. After explaining the style I was looking for—a timeless, classic princess cut—I was told that I probably wouldn’t find anything suitable in the shop. When I insisted on trying other options, I was again told they wouldn’t suit me. The information about the new collection was equally vague, and they were unable to give even an approximate arrival date. Overall, a distant and rather uncaring experience that does not reflect the standard of service one would expect from an atelier of this kind. I wouldn’t recommend it.

La experiencia con Silvia Fernández ha sido maravillosa, con muy poquito margen de tiempo y casi imposible de hacer han conseguido tenerme el vestido más bonito del mundo para ir de madrina en la boda de mi hijo. Rosa y Conchi son unas profesionales también, el trato, la atención son espectaculares. De verdad chicas que no tengo palabras para describir tantas emociones vividas con vosotras 🥰🥰 en unos días es la boda y el vestido más bello del mundo lo llevo yo😍 gracias a vosotras. Os estoy eternamente agradecida y me siento en deuda. Repetiré siempre con vosotras, esto solo ha sido el principio pero nos veremos muchas más veces❤️ Recomiendo no solo a Silvia Fernández omo la gran diseñadora y el gran trabajo que hace sino a estas dos super mujeres que consiguen hacer magia Rosa y Conchi. Os quiero ♾️ 🥰🥰

El vestido de mis sueños hecho realidad. El trato del personal es inmejorable, haciendo de cada prueba algo mágico. La calidad de la tela hace que el vestido siente genial. ¡Volvería a repetir al 100%!

Fue mi primer sitio en ir y mi primer vestido el elegido. UN ACIERTO. Sin duda la mejor elección que una puede hacer. La atención inmejorable, son muy majas las dos chicas y te dan buenos consejos y siempre antentas. La tela de los vestidos es buena y cómoda (Cada céntimo invertido en el vestido merece la pena) TODOS LOS VESTIDOS QUEDAN DIVINOS Y PRECIOSOS ( así que mejor ir con una idea clara porque aunque pienses que uno no es tu estilo y no te gusta DA IGUAL PORQUE TE SIENTA GENIAL) Recomiendo Silvia Fernandez 1000*1000. 💞
