There aren’t enough words to thank you for the special treatment we received. From the very first moment, you made us feel at home, and thanks to you, the mother of the bride looked spectacular on such a special day for our family. We’d especially like to thank Alberto. His warmth, patience and advice were incredible. In every detail, it was clear how much he enjoyed his work and that he advised her with the same care he would show someone in his own family. Sólo puedo decir cosas bonitas de la tienda de Silvia Fernandez en Jaén. Iba con muchos nervios y muchas inseguridades, y se me fueron a los 10 minutos de estar allí. Ana me ayudó muchísimo y me hizo sentir genial desde el primer momento que la ví. Ayer me fuí de la tienda con una sonrisa enorme, y estoy super contenta y agradecida, ya que jamás pensé que sería tan fácil encontrar mi vestido de novia! Muchísimas gracias ❤️

Desde que me atendieron por primera vez me hicieron sentir muy cómoda,no solo recibí buena atención sino que recibí cariño por su parte. Pensando que sería difícil encontrar mi vestido de novia dieron con justo lo que quería y ni en mis sueños me imaginé verme tan bien ese día tan especial. Les recomiendo 100%

Trato nefasto y nada recomendable. Cogí cita con Silvia Fernández atelier Jaén con 3 semanas de antelación, me avisaron y me confirmaron la cita por llamada, y whatsapp de dos números diferentes (uno de Silvia Fernández central y otro de Silvia Fernández Jaén). Cuando llegamos allí me dijeron que mi cita no era a la hora que ponía en los whatsapp y llamada, que era media hora más tarde sin darme ninguna explicación, se dispuso a atender a otra clienta estuvimos esperando 40 minutos de pie porque ni siquiera fue para deciros que pasáramos a sentarnos. Cuando le dijimos que nos abriera la puerta que nos íbamos, se puso a la defensiva y nos culpó a nosotros de la situación . Es una pena que convirtiera un momento bonito en algo tan tenso.
